Pin board re vamp

Ciao Bella’s, it’s Bessie!

It is three weeks into school and already assessments have hit us. Organisation is a must to stay sane in this crazy world of high school, so today I will show you how I decorated my pin board to keep me motivated throughout the school year.

My pin board was looking overcrowded and really busy so I decided I needed to change it.

First I cleared everything off it:

Then I pinned up some wrapping paper for a nice background:

Then I added cute pug pictures and this cute little quote card to make me smile while I work:DSCN0139.JPG

Then I put up my calendar and timetable for the month:DSCN0138.JPG

This is what it looked like after I had added a couple of pictures and other nick nacks:

I love it! It needs a bit of work, but it is much better then what I had before. I love the cute pug pics and zig zag background. I enjoying decorating and making it a bit more me. I love how easy and cheap it turned out to be!

I hope you liked this post, thanks! Byyyyyeeee 🙂

8 hacks/uses for Washi Tape

Ciao Bella’s. Today I bring you the knowledge of what to do with Washi Tape 🙂

If you are a compulsive buyer like me and you have about 5 or more rolls of this stuff lying around your house and you have no idea how to use it for. Then this is something you should keep your eyeballs on ( not weird at all….).

Use #1  Labelling

DSCN0020.JPG

Whether it’s labelling for school, work or home. This stuff does the job. All you need is a roll of this stuff and either a pen or marker. Simply put your Washi Tape on the object and then with your pen or marker add you initials or name. You don’t even have to add any words . You could just add the Washi Tape so you know what is yours .

Use #2  Spice up your photos

DSCN0047.JPG

Add Washi Tape as a colourful border for your picture if you don’t have a frame. You could do this for your locker and it would be a frame and be stuck on as well :).

Use #3 Crafts

Use Washi Tape for scrapbooking or card making as a colourful touch to your already beautiful art. Speaking of art maybe even create some Washi Tape art using simply paper and Washi Tape .

Use #4 Evenlope seal

DSCN0054.JPG

This use is great for making your card look a little more colourful and exciting.

Use #5 Pretty up your Frames

DSCN0055.JPG

Give your frames some colour and life to your photo frames . This could also be a great for a gift as it is cute and thoughtful. I decorated my frame with green Washi Tape. P.S the dog in the frame is my dog Jack 🙂

Use #6 Cord holders

DSCN0057.JPG

It is always so annoying when you wrap up your cords of neat and then they uncurl them selfs and it is a big mess again. Simply secure your curled up cords with Washi tape and this should do the job.

Use #7 Decorate your phones/USB’s

DSCN0059.JPG

I just add Washi Tape to my phone and USB for this hack. I think that they just brighten up your devices so easily. You could good the step further and put a clear cover over your phone so that it is not only pretty but protected as well.

Use #8 Tea lights

DSCN0062.JPG

Give your tea lights by wrapping them in Washi tape and giving them a splah of colour.

Thanks for reading and have a nice day. I hope you liked this post. Byyyyyyyyeeee 🙂

Let’s start with a BANG ! (tips for 2016)

Ciao , bella’s. It’s Bessie 🙂 And this is my first ever post!

How to start ? Today I would like to talk to you about motivation and how to keep afloat throughout the year. I don’t know if it’s just me but I can stay motivated for about one term and then I lose it and become my normal messy , crazy untidy self. So I thought I would give you some tips on how to not lose it .

Tips:

#1  Balance

Make sure that throughout the year you keep balance between school , homework and life. If you are like me and can’t do anything without writing it down try a planner or even sticking notes. Try doing your least favourite tasks first like jobs or homework first so that your can look forward the fun stuff like tv and computer/phone time.

#2  Make a change

Try something different , new and maybe inspirational. Like changing up your room or a new laptop background or sticker. I like watching youtube, so maybe try a you-tuber that make you feel happy and motivated to move and do work ( work , work , work , work , working on my s#!t ) Luv ya Iggy  !

#3  Organisation

I know it’s hard but “WE CAN DO IT!”. I have always struggled with this area but over the years I have gathered techniques. If you are anything like me and you just shove everything away for 2 weeks and then realise where your favourite t shirt has been hiding for the last 1 million year and then you be like “Hello, it’s me“. The key is simply either being in the moment and having the right mindset of tidy and always tidy. But we all that that doesn’t work . My idea is that you as long as you know where things are then that is organised. Although there is nothing wrong with being neat and clean.

#4  Get out

Remember to have fun and get out more. Try doing things like going out with your friends or shopping. Maybe try things like nice walks or bike rides. The point being have some time out from the world and breath the fresh air.

#5  Positivity

The key to successful is in the outlook. Make sure when facing hardships you remember to be positive as not only will it make yourself achieve more and feel better but it will make others around you feel better. This tip is very helpful in tests, exams or stressful moments in life. Positivity should always be used in your everyday and not just in hardships as I believe it is the key to happiness.

Hope this was helpful and that you have a good 2016!
